Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious  Accounts Executive to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances


KeyResponsibility Area

● Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

● Update accounts receivable and issue invoices, Bank Reconciliation

● Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations

● Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements

● Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned

● Sound knowledge in terms of company taxation, i.e., TDS and GST.

● Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices and Prepare and send invoices to clients

● Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings


Requirements


● Graduate and over with excellent oral and written communication skills.

● At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

● Experience using financial software (Tally)

● Advanced MS Excel skills .

● Have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to handle cash/bank and confidential information.
