Role & responsibilities : Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Close new deals with new businesses.
- Build relationships with the existing customer .
- Cultivate new leads within the sales territory.
- Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Represent the brand during all customer interactions.
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially & professionally.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and promotions to increase brand awareness and sales volume.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to logistics, inventory management, and supply chain.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for FMCG products in retail channels (HORECA).
- Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products and market conditions
Preferred candidate profile : Job Specifications:
- 6 months plus years of experience in sales with any qualification - preferably FMCG sales.
- Ability to work in a pressure environment and manage all your day to day activities.
- Must be outstanding team player.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce product management and catalog operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS-Excel and other relevant software.
- The ability to cope with pressure and keep to tight deadlines.
- Should know MS-Excel very well
- Good in communication and negotiate with the customers.
