Responsibilities:
- Manage Churn of database-based historical trends on yield
- Identify penetration trends and plan database treatment
- Flash prescriptive reports from various platforms, such as the dialer, CRM, and database
- Flash Dialer reports on agents with disposition stats and other critical elements.
Skill Set Required:
- Strong Exposure to Outbound Telesales Dialer (such as Genesys, Aspect, Avaya, etc.)
- Strong understanding of database churn management for Outbound telesales platforms
- Exposure to predictive, progressive, auto, timed preview, and preview dialing strategies
- Understanding of dialing strategies with merits and demerits
- Understanding Power BI will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of platforms such as Python and R Studio will be an added advantage
- Exposure to database scoring will be an added advantage.
